The experience was great with the staff in the front. Drove my truck home and parked it in my driveway. Got in it on Saturday morning to go somewhere and when I went to back up there is a terrible squeak and grinding noise in the passenger rear tire area. I was having no problems prior to the service work. I will be calling the dealership first thing Monday morning to send someone or to come and pick it up. I am not comfortable driving it because it might cause damage to the vehicle.

I bought the car from here was told I would be able to use a loaner if service needed to be done. I brought my car on a Friday because I had lights come on the dash and needed it looked at, the service tech told me they were too busy that day to take a look. We agreed to Tuesday at 1200 I would drop it off. When I dropped it off I was told I was a no show because I was scheduled for 8am and they only do diagnositcs in the morning. I said that is not what was agreed on when I came on Friday. They kept my car and told me they didn't have any loaners because of other people with car issues. The communication with the service department for updates on my vehicle were poor.

I had a set appointment to take my vehicle in to be checked out before a very long trip. I dropped it off on a Thursday and was asked if it would be okay if they had to keep it overnight. I said yes which would be Friday. I checked the portal that was provided to me periodically. Friday came and I kept checking the portal constantly and finally it said that my vehicle would be done by 4p Saturday. So I waited until 4p Saturday while checking the portal and nothing. When 430p came then I started trying to call but after a few rings it would automatically hang up. So Sunday came and of course they're closed. I work on Monday and do not have another vehicle for work. Then Monday I kept checking the portal and nothing. At 1030a I received a call saying I was being charged a ridiculous amount to rest my check engine light and was asked who and when my last oil change was and I said it was Master Tune and about a month ago. He told me that the dipstick is dry and they'll have to do another oil change. I agreed. 4hrs later I called to see how things were going just because the portal still said Saturday at 4p. I was told that it still needed to be done. Now it's Tuesday and I still do not have my vehicle. I finally got a call Wednesday morning saying that my car is ready. After I got off work, I went down there and just for a oil change and reset my check engine light was over $300. Overnight does not mean six days and no vehicle for work.

Although it took multiple tries, Luis took the initiative to repair my truck and ensured I was well informed throughout the process. He was straightforward although at times it wasn’t what I wanted to hear, he continued to work and diagnose the issue and perform repairs and has since remedied the problem.

My Spark wouldn't start and had to be jumped. After that was done, I called the dealership and in spite of the service department having a very busy day, Anthony told me to go ahead and bring the car in. The battery was checked and replaced in less time than I'd expected it to take; the alternator was also tested to make sure that it hadn't contributed to the problem. A very satisfactory experience.

I called Casa one Friday morning looking for a Yukon Ultimate. I had been searching within an 800-mile radius but no luck, either it was in transit as a pre-order, or it had just been sold. Our 2017 Tahoe threw a knock sensor service engine code approximately 1,000 miles after the engine was replaced by a Dodge City Ks Chevy dealer. I took the vehicle to Casa Alamogordo where I found Luis, the service manager to be very knowledgeable on the potential causes and interested in our recent engine change out paperwork. Not only did he and his technician narrow down the problem to one of the two knock sensors, but they determined the cause was due to the Dodge City dealer's faulty connector/engine wiring harness installation. He and his crew replaced the knock sensor and the burned up/loosely connected sensor wiring, as well as secured the engine wiring harness to prevent future mishaps. Luis explained everything to my wife and I, and we were quite happy that we choose the Casa Chevrolet for this service. We will be back for any future service needs based on the excellent service we received.

Problem was not fixed at first after the mechanic said everything worked as it should. When I pointed out that the left taillight still did not work he did finally fix it but now my license plate light is out. It worked before he worked on my car.
